Meet Our Staff

Reception/Check Out:

Penny has been working with us since 2001 and staffs our front desk. She is an expert at multitasking, is always upbeat, and knows many of our patients on a first name basis.

Answering phone and making sure that your needs are routed to the correct person, Jacquie performs our telephone triage.

When you are checking out, Mariel is there to help you arrange procedures, follow up visits and referrals to other offices. She can answer all of your post visit questions and knows the office well, having started with us in 2008.

Procedure Orientation/Scheduling:

Pam coordinates our scheduling throughout the office. She is a patient advocate with 20 years of medical experience.

Behind the scenes, Barbara, Crystal, and Kristina schedule appointments for you over the phone and arrange for procedures directly without consultation. They have over 10 years combined experience with us.

Medical Assistants:

Our MA's will be your primary contact apart from the physicians and are responsible for lab and path reports, telephone messages and making sure you are comfortable during your visit. Jennifer C. is our lead and is a certified medical assistant from Boston Reed College and has been with the office since September 2008. Amanda began with the office in 2009 and also received her medical assistant certification from Boston Reed College. Mara graduated from UC Berkeley with a degree in Integrative Biology and has certifications as an EMT and Phlebotomist with over 2 years of medical assistant work in a variety of settings.

Billing:

Michelle, Dawn and Margo all manage the billing for the practice and have over 15 years experience. One of them is present in the office at all times. Questions are best directed to them either via email by clicking here or via phone through the office at our main number (707-544-5093).

Back Office/Records:

Bonnie has been with our office since 2005 in Medical Records and is a graduate of Empire College. She and Joan will help manage your electronic health record. Jennifer M. oversees the insurance verification and authorization process and is the incoming referral coordinator. She is always happy to help out with any insurance questions that may arise.
